Orders placed outside the UAE will not be processed at this time.

Home décor items can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
