At Luxe Loom Decor, our goal is to help you create a beautiful and comfortable home. We carefully select quality home décor products and work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure safe delivery across the UAE.

Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Home décor items must be returned in the same condition as delivered

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of home décor products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fragile décor items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 7–10 business days
